Regrettably, the Order must call upon those faithful to the teachings of the Bible to come out of the Episcopal Church USA. Clearly, the ECUSA has lost its moral compass and has become mired in apostasy. The liberty now given to dioceses to perform "same sex unions" and the confirmation of Canon Robinson (a man openly and admittedly homosexual) to become a Bishop are affronts to the Law of God, and there shall be an account given for it. Come out, and go into a fellowship where the clear teachings of God are accepted and not denounced. God will not be relegated to irrelevancy by the apostate church! May God attend those who are now in 2006 seeking to break away from the apostate ECUSA.
The Order does recognize the efforts being put forth in some quarters of the Continuing Episcopal movement to restore Episcopalianism to a right walk with God and His Word. We have concerns that some of these movements do not go far enough, in that they retain many tenets of Liberalism. We urge them to let the fires of Reformation carry them back to doctrinal practices which they know are right according to the Word, settling for nothing less!
The Order continues also to have real concern regarding the apostatizing of the Presbyterian Church USA subsequent to their 2004-2006 General Assemblies. This denomination, too, is becoming increasingly hostile ground for the doctrinally orthodox Christian. Many are coming out from among the apostates.
(2.Corinthians 6:14ff) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
